Nothing on the Site is a binding offer. Prices, availability, and delivery times shown or quoted are only a guide. A sale is only agreed when YG UniLUX confirms your order in writing, and it is then governed by the YG UniLUX Terms and Conditions.

Lighting products must meet the safety, energy, and certification rules of the country where they are installed. Please tell YG UniLUX which country your project is in when you ask for a quotation, so the right product and certification can be confirmed. The Site may show products or certificates that are not available in every market.

All content on the Site belongs to YG UniLUX or is used with permission. This includes text, photos, drawings, product designs, 3D files, videos, graphics, the layout of the Site, the YG UniLUX name, and its logo. These are protected by copyright, trademark, design, and other laws in China and elsewhere. Nothing on the Site gives you a license or any right to use them, except as described below.

You may view the Site, and print or save pages for your own personal or internal business use, such as evaluating products or preparing an inquiry. You may share a link to the Site. You may not copy, edit, sell, republish, or reuse content from the Site, including photos, drawings, and designs, without written permission from YG UniLUX.

Please do not use the Site in a way that is unlawful or could harm it or other visitors. This includes trying to gain unauthorized access, sending harmful code, overloading the Site, collecting data from it with automated tools, or posing as someone else.

When you send an inquiry, a message, or files through the Site, please make sure the information is accurate and that you have the right to share it. Please do not send confidential or sensitive information unless YG UniLUX has asked for it. YG UniLUX handles personal information as described in its Privacy Policy. If you share drawings, designs, or ideas for a custom or OEM project, please first agree on confidentiality and ownership with YG UniLUX in writing.

YG UniLUX works to keep the Site running smoothly, but it cannot promise that the Site will always be available, free of errors, or free of viruses. The Site may be changed, paused, or closed at any time without notice, for example for maintenance or updates.

The Site and its content are provided “as is”. To the fullest extent the law allows, YG UniLUX is not responsible for any loss or damage that results from using the Site, being unable to use it, or relying on its content. This does not limit any responsibility that cannot legally be excluded, such as responsibility for intentional misconduct or serious negligence. Responsibility for products that are bought is covered separately in the YG UniLUX Terms and Conditions and Limited Warranty.

The Site may contain links to websites run by partners, suppliers, certification bodies, and other third parties. These links are for your convenience. YG UniLUX does not control these websites, does not endorse them, and is not responsible for their content, products, or privacy practices. Your use of them is subject to their own terms and policies.

This Legal Notice and your use of the Site are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Any dispute that cannot be resolved between the parties will be settled by arbitration at CIETAC.

If any part of this Legal Notice is found to be invalid or cannot be enforced, the rest of it stays in effect.

YG UniLUX may update this Legal Notice from time to time, for example when the Site or the law changes. When that happens, the date at the bottom of this page will be changed. Please check back now and then to stay informed. If you keep using the Site after changes are posted, that means you accept them.
